What should I wear to my massage treatment?

Come in comfortable clothing. Something that will not restrict movement or feel too tight after your massage or lymphatic treatment.

Do you treat all genders?

Yes, all my massage treatments are suitable for all.

Can I wear makeup to my massage appointment?

It is best to come with a fully cleansed face to you massage appointment. Depending on what massage treatment you have booked, some oils will be massaged on to the face.

Is there an age limit for massage therapy?

Yes the minimum age requirement is 18 for massage therapy.

Should I come with clean hair to my Indian Head Massage appointment?

It is up to you. You can choose to have Indian Head Massage with or without massage oil. If you choose to have your Indian Head Massage appointment with oil some will transfer on to the scalp and hair.

Can I book a facial massage if I have had botox and fillers?

Yes, although it is advised to wait 4 weeks after your top up before you have facial massage to avoid any migration.
